Situated in Thane district of Maharashtra, Swayam Siddhi Mitra Sangh College of Education started its first academic session of imparting comprehensive education to the aspirants in 2004. The college is affiliated to Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (SNDT Women’s University) and has gained the recognition from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal. Working under the guidance and sponsorship of registered charitable trust of Swayam Siddhi Mitra Sangh, the educational institution conducts one year of full-time undergraduate degree level Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) course in Marathi Medium. Since its inception, the B. Ed College is dedicated to the cause of producing proficient teachers. Approved by Government of Maharashtra, The College of Education is an autonomous institution, which boasts of facilitating their students with all the mandatory modern facilities.
