Founded in 2008, St. Peter's College of Engineering and Technology (SPCET) is a co-educational institute, situated at Avadi, in Thiruvallur district of Tamil Nadu. The college was established by Lakshmi Saraswathi Educational Trust with the aim of providing high standard of education and training to the students. The college is approved by All India Council for technical Educations (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Chennai. SPCET boasts of a lush green campus and eco-friendly atmosphere, conducive for educating the students. The college conducts a number of undergraduate and post graduate courses in engineering and business administration streams. Aspiring candidates for BE/B.Tech should have passed 10+2 examination with PCM and appeared in Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission Test (TNEA), or any equivalent national level engineering test, to be eligible for admission. Diploma holders, seeking direct admission in second year of BE/B.Tech courses, should have secured minimum 55% (General), 50% (BC/BC Muslims), 45% (MBC), and a pass (SC/ST) marks in the last semester of their diploma.
Post Graduate:
Graduates from any recognized University/College who have appeared in CET (Common Entrance Test) conducted by the state government will be eligible for the MBA course.
Undergraduate:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of the entrance examination’s merit and as per rules and regulations prescribed by the Government of Tamil Nadu and Anna University of Technology, Chennai.
Post Graduate:
Candidates will be selected on the basis of the score obtained in the entrance examination and as per rules and regulations prescribed by the competent authority.
