St. Paul College of Education is situated in Rohtak district of Haryana. It was established in 2007. The teacher training institute is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. St. Paul College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college imparts teacher’s training programmes at the undergraduate level - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed), one-year full time programme and Diploma in Education (D. Ed), a two-year full time programme. The diploma level programme of the college is approved by State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana.
