SJB Institute of Technology is one of the renowned colleges for technical education in Bangalore, Karnataka. The college was incepted by Jagadguru Sri Balagangadharanatha Swamiji, the President of Sri Adichunchanagiri Trust. Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
For admission, applicants need to obtain a minimum of 45% marks in aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in the PUC examination of Karnataka or its equivalent examination. For SC/ST candidates the percentage is lowered to 40%.
Post Graduate:
M Tech
Student should have obtained a Bachelor's degree in the relevant discipline of BE/B Tech to secure admission.
MBA
Graduation or Bachelors' degree in any stream from a recognised University is required for admission in MBA.
Doctorate:
The candidate should possess a Master's Degree in Engineering / Technology of VTU or any other University, recognised by VTU or any other Degree which is equivalent to the Master's Degree in Engineering.

Admission is done on the basis of performance of the candidates in the Entrance Exam CET / COMED-K.
Entrance Test: Karnataka CET, COMEDK UGET
Post Graduate:

Selection is done on the basis of performance of the candidates in the entrance examination PGCET. Candidates with valid GATE score are given preference for admission. They are exempted from appearing in the written test.
MBA
Applicants must have appeared for the PGCET or KMAT entrance test.
