Sharan College of Education for Women, with the motive to empower women by imparting high standards of education in the field of education, conducts one year of Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) course, at undergraduate level. The college, located in Kangra district of Himachal Pradesh, started the first academic session in 2004-2005. It is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla and has gained the recognition from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The autonomous institution is the fructification of the efforts laid by Northern International Educational and Research Centre.
