Shanti Alya Institute of Education & Training, equipped with all the mandatory facilities and infrastructure, started its first academic session in 2004-2005. The educational institution is located in the capital city of Himachal Pradesh - Shimla. It is an autonomous Girls College, which is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and is affiliated to Himachal Pradesh University (HPU), Shimla. Shanti Alya Institute of Education and Training, with the approval of Government of Himachal Pradesh, conducts one year of Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) course in arts and commerce stream.
