Shaheed Bhagat Singh College (SBSC) is located in Sheikh Sarai, New Delhi. The college was established in 1967 under the aegis of the Government of Delhi. The educational institute is a co-educational constituent college of University of Delhi. Shaheed Bhagat Singh College was started with only undergraduate level courses in Arts and Commerce, but later, it also included postgraduate level programme in the discipline of Commerce.
Shaheed Bhagat Singh College offers all its courses as per the strict guidelines which are laid down by University of Delhi. Apart from these courses, the college also imparts add-on programmes at the certificate level in the different disciplines. SBSC Delhi has numerous facilities to ensure smooth conduct of its courses.

Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) or its equivalent must have passed by the candidates recognized by any state/national Board.
Post Graduate:
Candidates are required to have passed B. Com with not less than 55% marks from Delhi University or any other recognized University.

As per the rules of the University, the admission of the candidates is done through their marks in the qualifying examination or cut off list. However, the candidates applying for B.A. (Hons) English must appear in DU CATE entrance test conducted by the University.
