Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology, located in a wide-spread area of 90 acres of land at Kochi/Cochin in Kerala, is a self-financing technical institution. The institution, affiliated to Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, conducts bachelor’s level technical programmes in various streams. It has gained the approval of All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Rajagiri School of Engineering & Technology came into existence in 2001. The institute is a part of Rajagiri Vidyapeetham, which works with a vision of imparting quality education among the aspirants. The candidates should have secured at least 50% marks in Mathematics separately and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics clubbed together at 10 +2 or equivalent exams approved by the University.

Admission is based on the marks secured by the candidate in Engineering Entrance Exam conducted by Commissioner of Entrance Examinations, Government of Kerala. Performance in higher secondary / plus two examination is also given weight age. Few seats are allotted for AIEEE rank holders.
