Situated in Gurgaon (Haryana), R. L.S. College of Education came into existence in 1974 under the management of Rao Lal Singh Shiksha Parishad, Sidhrawli. It is a co-educational Government aided college. The college is affiliated to Maharshi Dayanand University (MDU), Rohtak. R. L.S. College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE). The college offers teacher training programmes at the undergraduate as well as postgraduate level - Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Diploma in Education (D.Ed) and Master of Education (M.Ed).
