Pragati Institute of Education & Training, located in Dwarka (New Delhi), is a constituent part of Pragati Educational & Welfare Society. The college, which is dedicated to produce high standards of professional teachers for different levels, is recognized by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE) and has got the affiliation from the State Council of Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Delhi. Established in 2005, the college offers two years of Early Childhood Care and Education (ECCE) course, which was earlier referred to as Nursery Teachers Training (NTT) Course. Apart from providing academic knowledge, Pragati Institute of Education & Training focuses on overall development of the candidates.

Candidates with pass in Senior / Higher Secondary or equivalent examination with not less than 50% aggregate marks are eligible provided they aged between 17 to 24 years. Relaxation in the minimum percentage of marks and age is allowed for SC/ST category students as per Government norms.
