Phoolwati Institute of Law came into being in 2004. Located in Baghpat (Uttar Pradesh), it is affiliated to Chaudhary Charan Singh University, Meerut. The law college works with an aim producing proficient law professionals, who can serve the nation. Phool Wati Institute of Law is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India, New Delhi.
Phool Wati Institute of Law admits students to its courses in the field of law - Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a three-year full time program and B.A., LL.B, a five-year integrated program. Both the academic programs of the institute are offered at par with the set guidelines of Bar Council of India. Phool Wati Institute of Law is well equipped with modern facilities for its students.

For the admission, merit list is prepared on the basis of candidates' marks in 12th standard and interview, which is conducted by the college.
