Undergraduate:
Candidates who successfully completed the Pre-degree Examination of the Universities in Kerala with Physics, Chemistry, Biology as optional subjects or any other examination recognized as equivalent thereto, are eligible to apply for the course. Candidates should have secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate, the optional subjects and 50% in Biology, in the qualifying exam.
Candidates who have successfully complete the B.Sc. Degree Course (3 years Course) examination of the Universities in Kerala or any other University recognized by the Universities in Kerala as equivalent there-to, with Physics, Chemistry, Zoology, Botany/Biochemistry as main and any one or two of the above subjects as subsidiaries are also eligible to apply for the course. in this case, the candidates should have scored not less that 50% marks for the main and subsidiary subjects taken together.
All the applicants should have completed minimum of 17 years of age in the year of admission. There is no relaxation in the minimum age limit of the candidates, in any circumstances.
Diploma:
Candidates should have successfully completed 10+2 from a recognized Board.
Post Graduate Diploma:
Candidates should have completed MBBS, with one year of compulsory internship. The eligibility criteria is set as per the guidelines of the National Board of Examination.
Post Graduate:
Candidates should have successfully completed MBBS (with compulsory internship) degree course from a recognized University. The candidates should have gained registration from either the Medical Council of India or the State Medical Council of Kerala.

Candidates are selected on the basis of marks obtained by them in state entrance test - KEAM.

Post Graduate:
Scoring qualifying marks in state-level entrance test is the general eligibility criteria for the government-allotted seats. In order to fill the management quota and NRI quota seats, candidates are selected on the basis of their marks in the qualifying examination.

Candidates are offered admission on the basis of their marks in the qualifying exam.
Post Graduate Diploma:
Candidates are selected on the basis of their marks in DNB CET, conducted by the National Board of Examination.
