B.Sc (Nursing)
The aspirants should have passed senior secondary examination with atleast 55% marks in English and each of the science subjects, which includes- physics, chemistry and biology from a board, accepted by Governing Council of Dr. M.G.R. Medical University.
B. Sc. (Post Basic) Nursing
Both male and female candidates, who have successfully completed diploma in General nursing and Midwifery and are registered with the State Nursing Registration Council, are eligible. In addition, the candidate should have two years of work experience.
Post Graduate:
M.Sc (Nursing)
The candidate should have successfully completed B.Sc Nursing from Dr. M.G.R. Medical University or from any other University as equivalent there to. In addition, the applicant should be registered with the State Nurses and Midwives Council and should have minimum of 2 years of experience, out of which six months should be in the field of specialization chosen. Male candidates, who have passed any other course recommended by the Indian Nursing Council in place of Midwifery, can also apply.

The students are selected on the basis of merit list prepared according to their performance in written test and interview, conducted by the college.

The selection of the candidate is based on his/her performance in the written test followed by an interview conducted by the college’s selection committee.

The admission of the candidate depends on marks secured by him/her in the entrance test, which is followed by an interview.
