National Institute of Financial Management (NIFM), which was established in 1993, is counted as one of the prominent management institutions in Haryana. Situated in Faridabad (Haryana), NIFM is an autonomous institution. It was established through the proposal of Ministry of Finance, which was later approved by the Union Cabinet. Subsequently, the institute was declared as a legal entity and as a 'Society'. The institute has been managed and run by a Governing Board, according to the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.
NIFM Faridabad conducts various courses in the field of management, at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. All these courses are approved and recognized by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and recognized by the Government of India. The institute has also various collaborations with national and international institutions.

Eligibility:
Post Graduate Diploma:
To be eligible, the candidate should have done graduation with minimum 50% marks, from any recognized University.
Post Graduate:
The candidate must be passed in graduation or its equivalent, from any recognized University and should have work experience of three years.
Doctorate:
Master's degree with minimum 55% marks from any recognized University is needed to be eligible for this doctoral program.
