The candidates must pass Higher Secondary Examination from Council of Higher Secondary Education, West Bengal or any equivalent examination of recognized Board/University, in science stream.
The applicants must have a diploma in Engineering/Technology for the lateral entry into the II Year (Third Semester) of B Tech program.
BBA/ BCA
The candidates must have passed Higher Secondary or equivalent examination, from a recognized Board.

Admission is done through West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination (WB JEE) or All India Engineering Entrance Examination (AIEEE) rank of the candidate.
For admission into II Year of B Tech program -Admission is done through marks secured in West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry (JELET).
BBA/ BCA
Enrolment is done on the basis of the Common Entrance Test (CET) conducted by West Bengal University of Technology (WBUT).
