Mudra Institute of Communications Ahmedabad, popularly known as MICA, is one of the premier management institutes of India. MICA boasts of being the sole institute in the entire Asia Pacific region, focusing on communications management. Mudra Institute of Communications, Ahmedabad, has international collaborations and exchange programs with institutions in the USA, UK, France and Singapore.
MICA was started in the year of 1991 as an autonomous non-profit management education institution. Eligibility:
Post Graduate Diploma:
The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree with minimum 50% marks or an equivalent qualification in any discipline, recognized by the Association of Indian Universities (AIU). Candidates appearing for the final examination towards a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) are also eligible to apply.
Post Graduate:
The candidates should have got at least 50% marks in graduation, from a recognized university/institution. In addition to this, the candidates should have some experience after graduation, in corporate, family business or their own venture.
Admission Procedure:
Post Graduate:
The admission is based on the MICA Program Absorption Test (MIPAT), self assessment test, uniqueness of their idea and presentation.
Post Graduate Diploma:
The admission process is based on the three stages - candidate’s CAT/GMAT score, MICA Admissions Test (MICAT), and Group exercise and personal interview.
