Located near south campus of Delhi University, Motilal Nehru College (Evening) was established in July 1965. The college offers undergraduate programmes in Arts and commerce stream. The college offers ample opportunity for the students who for some or the reason are unable to attend the day classes. It is equipped with all modern facilities and has excellent infrastructure. Apart from academic activities Moti Lal Nehru College (Evening) also emphasizes on character building so as to inculcate humanitarian values among its students.
Named after the great freedom fighter and ex prime minister of the nation Moti Lal Nehru, the College initially functioned from a senior secondary school premises shifted to its new building in 1989. Moti lal Nehru College is one of the most prestigious colleges of south Delhi.

Candidates should have passed the 10+2 or senior secondary exam from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any other Board recognized by the Delhi University with at least 40% marks. The candidates should have passed 4 subjects (one language and three electives). For B.com course, candidates need to pass English/Hindi/MIL, accountancy and any two relevant subjects in qualifying exam. Candidates should have attained the age of 17 yrs during the time of admission.
B.Com (Hons) / B.A (Hons)
Candidates should have passed the 10+2 or senior secondary exam from Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any other Board recognized by the Delhi University with at least 45% marks. The candidates should have passed 4 subjects (one language and three electives). Candidates should have attained the age of 17 yrs during the time of admission.
