Modern Law College is situated in Pune, Maharashtra. It works under the management of Progressive Education Society (PES), Pune. The college is affiliated to University of Pune, Pune. Modern Law College is approved by Bar Council of India (BCI), Government of India and recognized by the Government of Maharashtra. The college conducts undergraduate level programmes in the field of laws - Bachelor of Laws (LLB), a three-year full time programme and BLS LLB, an integrated five-year programme. The aspirants must have passed Bachelor’s level of examination in any stream, from any recognized University.

Integrated:
To be eligible, one has to pass 10+2 level of examination in any stream with minimum 45% marks, from any recognized Board.
