Affiliated to Delhi University, the college bears its name from the consort of the last Sikh Guru - Guru Gobind Singh Ji. The college was established in 1967 under the aegis of Delhi Sikhs Gurudwara Management committee. Mata Sundari College for Women is on its way of becoming centre for promotion of Punjabi language and culture.
