Candidates who have passed two years PUC Examination of Karnataka PUC Board or equivalent examination of any other approved Board or University with minimum 50% marks in any combination comprising PCB or PCM or PCMB, PC and computer science, PC and electronics. In case of SC/ST minimum aggregate is 40%.

Candidates should have cleared the 10+2 exam with physics, chemistry, biology/ mathematics with not less than 50% marks.
