Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
Candidates having passed in 10+2 with at least 50% average marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics are eligible. B Sc degree and Engineering diploma holders with at least 60% marks are eligible for admission in the Second year.
Post Graduate:
M Tech
Candidates must have done BE / B Tech in the relevant discipline. For M Arch, the candidates must have passed BArch or its equivalent as approved by Council of Architecture with minimum 50% marks in aggregate.
MCA
Applicants need to have any degree with 50% marks in Maths/Statistics/Computer Science/Computer Program/Computer Applications/Business Maths/Business Statistics as one of the optional or elective at degree level. Candidates who have obtained their Bachelor?s degree through Distance Learning mode, must have minimum 3 years work experience in the related field.
Doctorate:
Candidates must have done Masters degree in the relevant subjects.
Dual:
Candidates must have BE in Computer Science & Engg./ Information Technology/ Information Science & Engg. They should have attained 60% and above in respective undergraduate course or CGPA of 7.5 in 10 point system or 2.8 in 4 point system of evaluation.

Enrolment is on the basis of the National level online test (UGET) conducted by EPSI (Education Promotion Society for India) on behalf of Manipal University. Admission in NRI quota seats is based on performance in qualifying examination. For B Arch, admissions are done on the basis of the marks obtained at the qualifying examination and an all India National Aptitute Test in Architecturrre (NATA).

Enrolments are done on the basis of marks obtained at the qualifying examination. For M Arch too, marks in B Arch are considered for granting admission. For M Tech in Computer Science & Engineering, Digital Electronics & Advanced Communication, and Network Engineering, admissions are made on the basis of merit in an all India EPSI National admission Test (ENAT).
