Manipal Centre for European Studies (MCES) Manipal, in Karnataka, is another stepping stone led by Manipal University for imparting higher education in European and other language studies. To develop and broaden the Indo-EU relations in educational enterprises and popularize the concept of cross border education, the institute is funded by the Delegation of European Commission to India, Bhutan and Nepal. MCES Manipal offers programmes like Masters in European Studies and Management, PG Diploma in Gandhian and Peace Studies, Certificate Course in Innovations in BoP, and Certificate Course in Spanish. These programmes are being offered by the institute in association with TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) and Hochschule Bremen University of Applied Sciences, Bremen, Germany.

Eligibility:
Post Graduate Diploma:
Candidates who have completed undergraduate degree course in any discipline with at least 45% marks are eligible to apply for the PG Diploma programme in Gandhian and Peace Studies.
Post Graduate:
Candidates who have completed graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks in aggregate are eligible for the Master’s programme in European and Management Studies. However, preference will be given to candidates, who have ample work experience,

Admission of the selected candidates is made on the on the basis of rank in Manipal University - TAPMI Admission Test, popularly known as MTAT test, conducted by the joint collaboration of Manipal University and TA Pai Management Institute (TAPMI).
Post Graduate Diploma:
Admission of short listed candidates is based on the merit of the students in their last qualifying examination.
