Loyola Institute of Technology was founded in 2005 by Rev.Fr J.E.Arulraj O.M.I. Situated at Palanchur, in Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu, this Christian minority institution is managed by and controlled by the Sisters of Daughters of Mary Immaculate (DMIs). Undergraduate:
Candidates who have passed 10+2/HSC examination, or its equivalent, from any recognized Board/University, with minimum aggregate marks of 60% (OC), 55% (BC), 50% (MBC), and mere pass (SC/ST) with science subjects (PCM) can apply for the BE/B.Tech courses through Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission (TNEA) test. Diploma students who have secured minimum marks as mentioned above in fifth/sixth semesters can apply for direct admission in second year of B.E/B.Tech courses through lateral entry scheme.
Post Graduate:
MBA:
Graduates or final year students of graduation can apply directly in management quota or through Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET), or any other entrance test accepted by Anna University of Technology, Chennai.
MCA:
Graduates in science subjects from any recognized University/College can apply for the MCA program through Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TANCET), or any other entrance test accepted by Anna University of Technology, Chennai.
Undergraduate:
Selection is made on the basis of marks obtained in the qualifying/entrance examination according to the rules and regulations prescribed by Anna University of Technology, Chennai and government of Tamil Nadu.
Post Graduate:
Candidates are offered admission on TANCET merit basis and as per the norms set by the competent authority.
