Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology is one of the prominent educational institutions in Rajasthan. The college, which is in a serene location of Alwar, a city of Rajasthan, came into existence in 2001. The college was incepted by Marut Nandan Educational Society. Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology holds the distinction of being certified as ISO 9001:2000 institute.
Laxmi Devi Institute of Engineering & Technology is affiliated to Rajasthan Technical University (RTU), Kota. Courses conducted by it are by All India Council for Technical Education, (AICTE), New Delhi. Currently, the college is offering undergraduate level courses in five branches of engineering. This apart, it is also conducting M Tech courses in Mechanical Engineering, Electronics & Communication Engineering as well as Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) and Computer Applications (MCA).

Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
Candidates must have done Intermediate or 10+2 in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics. Candidates having 3 year Diploma with 60% marks can also apply for admission in 2nd year in any branch of B Tech.
Post Graduate:
M Tech
The eligible candidate must have Bachelors' Degree in the desired discipline.
MCA
Candidates must have Graduation degree in any discipline with Mathematics at 10+2 or Intermediate level with minimum of 50% marks.
MBA
The eligible candidate must have cleared graduation in any discipline with minimum 50% marks.
