L N Mishra College of Business Management is located in Muzzafarpur, Bihar. It was established in the year 1973, by Dr Jagannath Mishra, the then CM of Bihar on inspiration of Late Lalit Narayan Mishra, the then Union Railway Minister, Government of India. L N Mishra College of Business Management is affiliated to B. R. Ambedkar Bihar University, Muzaffarpur. Later on the in the year 2002, the institute started offering MCA programme with approval from All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Department of Higher Educational, Govt. of Bihar, Patna has given its approval to start BBA and BCA courses from academic session July 2003, as a regular course. The business institute also boasts of offering excellent placement facility to its alumni.

MBA (Full Time)
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in any disciplines from a recognized University. Student appearing the final of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
MBA (Part Time)
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized University with 2 years of work experience.
MCA
Candidate must have bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized University, with Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 / Inter level. Student appearing the final of the qualifying examination are also eligible to apply.
Admission Procedure:
Undergraduate:
BBA / BCA
Admission is done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the All India Entrance Test, followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview.
Post Graduate:
MBA (Full Time) – Admission is done on the basis of the candidates’ performance in the written test, followed by GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview). Candidates with CAT / MAT/ JMET / XAT are exempted from the written test.
MBA (Part Time) – Admission is done on the basis of merit obtained by the candidates in a written test, followed by GD (Group Discussion) and PI (Personal Interview). Employed graduates applying for admission in MBA part time course will be exempted from written test subject to screening.
MCA – Admission is done on the basis of candidate’s performance in the All India Entrance Test, followed by Group Discussion and Personality Test.
