Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
Minimum qualification required is a pass in the Higher Secondary or equivalent examination in science stream, from a recognized Board. For the lateral entry into the II Year (Third Semester) of B Tech program, candidate must have a diploma in Engineering/Technology.
Post Graduate:
M Tech
Minimum qualification required is a Bachelor's degree in the relevant field, from a recognized University.
MCA
Minimum qualification required is a Bachelor's degree in any discipline from a recognized university. He/she must have Mathematics as one of the subjects at 10+2 or graduate level.

Admission is done through Common Entrance Test (JEM). For Lateral Entry (JELET) into II Year (Third semester), enrolment is given through West Bengal Joint Entrance Examination.
