Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow is one of the premier management institutes of India. The Government of India established Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Lucknow in 1984, as a national level school of excellence in management science. It is the first IIM to open a second campus. IIM Lucknow's second campus in Noida, UP, is under construction. Furthermore, IIM Lucknow is also entering into collaborative arrangements with leading business schools and research centers in India, Europe, Canada, South and Southeast Asia. In 2008, IIM Lucknow was positioned as No. 5 B-School by 'Business Today'. The institute provides courses at the Postgraduate level, to enhance knowledge of the Management Studies. IIM Lucknow is the first and so far the only IIM to open a satellite campus.

Eligibility:
Post Graduate:
The candidates should have hold Bachelor’s degree, with minimum 50% of marks with the relevant subject, from any recognized University.
Doctorate:
The candidate must have cleared Post-graduation from a recognized university in any discipline, with at least 55% aggregate marks. The person should also have a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with 60% marks or equivalent qualification obtained after a minimum of three years of course work, subsequent to higher secondary examination (10+2) or equivalent.

CAT score of the candidate, Group Discussion (GD) and personal interview are the criteria for the selection in the PG programs.

Doctorate:
The admission is based on the candidate’s CAT score. However, the candidates who have qualified GATE, GRE, GMAT and JRF (UGC/CSIR) examinations can also apply, in the relevant area of specialization.
