Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode is one of the premier management institutes of India. The central Government of India collaborated with the Government of Kerala, to establish Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode, in 1996. This is the fifth Indian Institute of Management. The institute provides education, training, consulting and research facilities in management.
Indian Institute of Management Kozhikode is managed by a Board of Governors, which is an official Central Autonomous Body registered under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860. IIM Kozhikode often invites big industry leaders of the country, to teach the students the knowledge of Management studies that they learn from their real life experiences. In order to fulfill that goal, the institute imparts courses of the Management field at the Postgraduate level.

Eligibility:
Post Graduate:
The candidates should have passed Bachelor’s degree from a recognized University, with minimum 50% of marks. For the program of eMEP, the candidate should also have a minimum experience of 5 years.
Doctorate:
Post-graduation from any discipline with at least 55% aggregate marks who also have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification obtained after a minimum of three years of course work subsequent to higher secondary examination (10+2) or equivalent is mandatory to be eligible for this program.

The admission process is based on the candidate’s performance in the CAT Examination and group discussion/personal interview. For the students of eMEP, the admission is taken out from candidate’s written entrance examination (eMAT), candidates' work experience & job profiles and performance in personal interview.

Doctorate:
The aspirants are evaluated on their past academic achievements, motivation and preparation for the program. Scores on standard tests, a personal interview with the faculty are also taken into consideration, while enrolling the students.
