Institute of Hotel Management Catering Technology & Applied Nutrition, located in Goa, is among the leading institutes of its field in India. The college is affiliated to National Council for Hotel Management & Catering Technology (NCHMCT), New Delhi. It intends to impart comprehensive education along with practical exposure to its students through well-qualified and experienced lecturers associated with it, in order to develop them as proficient professionals. IHM Goa was initially known as Food Craft Institute”. Later on, under the guidance and sponsorship of Ministry of Tourism, Government of India, the college was rechristened to its current name. IHM Goa currently offers undergraduate, three-year, degree programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration along with craftsmanship course in Food and Beverage Service and Food Production & Patisserie.
