H.R. Institute of Pharmacy, which was set up in 2004, is an ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 certified institute. Situated in Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh), it is one of the constituent parts of H R Group of Institutions. The college is managed and run by Harish Chandra Kali Charitable Trust and is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. The institute is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India. H.R. Institute of Pharmacy offers an undergraduate program in pharmacy. The college admits 60 students every year to the UG course.

The candidate must have passed 10+2 examination or its equivalent, with not less than 50% marks (45% for SC/ST) in Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Computer Science/Biology/Biotechnology, from any recognized Board. For the lateral entry, the applicants must have done Diploma in Pharmacy, with minimum 60% marks.
