Government Ramanarayana Chellaram (RC) College of Commerce & Management is situated in Bangalore, the capital city of Karnataka. The college came into existence in 1948 as the first commerce college run by the Government of Karnataka. Government RC College of Commerce & Management is accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC) with B++ grade. To fulfill the educational requirements of young aspirants, the college of commerce conducts courses in the field at the undergraduate (Bachelor of Commerce) and postgraduate level (Master of Commerce).
Apart from commerce courses, Government RC College of Commerce & Management also offers undergraduate as well as postgraduate courses in the field of management, which are affiliated to Bangalore University. The college is considered as the only Government College in the state of Karnataka, which offers MBA program. Undergraduate:
The candidates, who have passed in 10+2 level examination with commerce stream from any recognized state/national Board, are eligible to apply. For management program, the candidates must have passed the examination in any stream.
Post Graduate:
To be eligible, the candidates must have passed graduation in relevant stream, from any recognized University

The selection of the candidates for UG courses are decided through roster system, as per the rules and regulations of the University.
Post Graduate:
For M.Com course, the students are selected through counseling and for management courses, the admissions are done on the basis of PGCET entrance test (conducted by VTU).
