The candidates need to have completed 12th class with Physics, Chemistry, Biology and English with minimum 50% marks (40% for SC/ST) in Science subjects, from any recognized University.
Post Graduate:
The candidates with pass in Bachelor’s of Dental Surgery (BDS) course of a recognized University are eligible.

The candidates are admitted through Punjab Medical Entrance Test (PMET), conducted by the University.
