D Y Patil College of Engineering, commonly known as DYPCE Pune, is a growing institution in Maharashtra, for higher education in technical courses. The college is located in Akurdi, Pune, near Pimpri-Chinchwad Industrial belt. Established in 1984, DYPCE is affiliated to Pune University, Maharashtra. The college holds the distinction of being recognized by Directorate of Technical Education (DTE), Maharashtra, as an 'A Grade' college in the state.
Currently, D Y Patil College of Engineering is offering courses in several branches of engineering. The college is offering courses with the approval of All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi. Spread over an area of 30 acres of land, DYPCE provides world-class facilities in its campus. Apart from providing theoretical and practical academic knowledge, the college also encourages its students to take part in extra curricular activities.

Eligibility:
Undergraduate:
The candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Examination / 10+2 with minimum 50% aggregate in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics in one attempt.
Post Graduate:
Eligible candidates should possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering in the relevant branches.

Candidates are admitted on the basis of MHTCET / AIEEE score.
Entrance Test: AIEEE Exam, MHT CET
Post Graduate:
Enrolments are granted on merit basis. Candidates having valid GATE Score are preferred. In case of vacant seats, NON GATE candidates are also considered. For these applicants the selection process consists of a written test followed by an interview.
