Doomdooma College, situated in Doomdooma, in Tinsukia district of Assam, is an aided co-educational institute. The college was established in the year 1967 by the sheer efforts of some eminent personalities and local people to cater the needs of qualitative higher education for the underprivileged rural area students. Doomdooma College is affiliated to Dibrugarh University and recognized by University Grants Commission (UGC). The college offers several undergraduate courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce disciplines. Besides, the college conducts higher secondary courses in all these subjects, along with short-term programs like Diploma or Advance Diploma in Computer Application. The college also serves as a study center for IGNOU and KKSHOU.
