Dhaanish Ahmed College of Engineering came into existence in 2002 as a result of the ardent desire of its founder Alhaj K. Moosa to serve the society. The college is situated at Padappai, in Kanchipuram district of Tamil Nadu. The college offers several undergraduate and post graduate courses in engineering, business administration, and computer applications. All the programs conducted here are approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University of Technology, Chennai. Undergraduate:
Candidates who have passed 10+2/HSC examination, or its equivalent, from any recognized board/college with science subjects (PCM) are eligible to apply for the BE/B.Tech courses. However, they should qualify in the Tamil Nadu Engineering Admission Test (TNEA).
Post Graduate:
MBA:
Graduates or those in their final year of graduation can apply for the MBA course through Tamil Nadu Common Entrance Test (TNCET) or Management Aptitude Test (MAT).
MCA:
Graduates from any recognized university/college with mathematics as one of the subjects can apply for the MCA course. Those who have studied mathematics at 10+2 level are also eligible to apply.
Undergraduate:
Selection on the basis of marks obtained in qualifying examinations and as per norms of Anna University of Technology and government of Tamil Nadu.
Post Graduate:
Candidates are offered admission on entrance test merit basis and as per the rules and regulations set by the competent authority.
