Dergaon Kamal Dowerah (DKD) College, located in Golaghat district of Assam, is an aided co-educational institute. Formerly set up at Bapuji Mandir, a public theatre hall of Dergaon, in 1962, the college was later shifted to a full-fledged building in 1966 after being recognized under the system of grant-in-aid by the Govt. The college is well furnished with all necessary amenities to impart qualitative higher education for the socially and economically backward sections of Golaghat region. The college offers several undergraduate and post graduate courses in Arts, Science, and Commerce faculties. Besides, the college also conducts higher secondary programs in Arts, Science, and Commerce subjects and various career-oriented courses like Certificate in Spoken English, Beautician and Videography & Editing, along with certificate courses in Computer Science.

Candidates who have passed the intermediate/10+2 level examination of AHSEC/CBSE recognized by Dibrugarh University in any discipline are eligible for the BA/B.Com courses offered here. Those who have completed the same in Science subjects are eligible for the B.Sc courses offered here.
Post Graduate:
Graduates in relevant subject are eligible for the MA/M.Com courses offered here.
