Located in Davangere, College of Dental Science was established in 1991, to impart education in dental and oral health care. The college is affiliated to Rajiv Gandhi University of Health and Sciences, (RGUHS), Karnataka and the courses offered by the college are recognized by Dental Council of India (DCI). The college is operated and managed by Bapuji Educational Association, which was formed in 1958. College of Dental Science Karnataka provides education in the field of dentistry, at multiple levels. College of Dental Science has the distinction of starting the first evidence- based dentistry center in India.
