Located in Nagpur (Maharashtra), Central India Women's College of Education is affiliated to Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University (SNDT Women’s University), Mumbai. The institution, incepted on October, 26, 2004, has gained recognition from National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE), Bhopal. Working under the guidance and sponsorship of Mehmuda Shishan & Mahila Gramin Vikas Bahuddeshiya Sanstha, Central India Women's College of Education started imparting education in one year of full-time undergraduate degree level Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) course in 2005. The educational institution is also approved by Government of Maharashtra. With the intention to produce competent teachers, the B. Ed College has equipped itself with all the mandatory facilities.
