Birla Vishvakarma Mahavidhyalaya, which is also known as Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya Engineering College, is one of the oldest technological institutes in India. The college was established in 1948. Affiliated to Sardar Patel University, Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya is approved by the All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Government of India, New Delhi. The institute imparts undergraduate and postgraduate courses in the various streams of engineering, as per the rules and regulations of AICTE. Birla Vishwakarma Mahavidyalaya is managed and run by Charutar Vidya Mandal. It has multiple facilities provided for the smooth conduct of its courses.
