Bhagini Nivedita College (BNC) was established in 1993. It came into being under the management of Delhi Administration with the name of ‘Women’s College’. Located in south-western part of Delhi, the educational institute is fully funded and managed by the Government of Delhi. Bhagini Nivedita College is among the institutions that are constituent parts of the University of Delhi, which is popularly known as DU.
At the time of its establishment, Bhagini Nivedita College imparted courses in the discipline of Arts only, at the undergraduate level. But later, new courses in commerce and science streams were also added by the college, at the undergraduate level. BNC Delhi has ample amenities within its campus, for the overall development of its students.

The candidates have to pass 10+2 level of examination with not less than 40% marks in aggregate, from any recognized state/national Board.
For B.A. (Hons) Hindi
The candidates must have cleared 12th standard of examination with minimum of 45% marks in aggregate and at least 50% marks in Hindi, from any recognized state/national Board.
B. Sc Applied Physical Sciences
The candidates should have passed Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2), with not less than 45% marks in aggregate in PCB group of science subjects, from any statutory Board.
