Bhagat Phool Singh (BPS) College of Education is located in Sonepat/Sonipat, Haryana. It was established in 1968. The educational institute is one of the constituent parts of BPS Mahila Vishwavidyalaya (University), which is the first Women’s University in North India. BPS College of Education is approved by National Council for Teacher Education (NCTE).
Bhagat Phool Singh College of Education Sonipat enrolls students to its undergraduate degree and diploma level programmes in teacher’s training - Bachelor of Education (B. Ed) and Diploma in Education (D.Ed), which is affiliated to State Council Educational Research and Training (SCERT), Haryana. The candidates must have passed graduation or post graduation in any stream with not less than 50% marks in aggregate, from any recognized University.
Diploma:
Candidates having passed 10+2 level of examination with minimum 50% marks are eligible to apply for this UG programme. They must have studied English as one of the main subjects.
Post Graduate:
The admission seeders need to have passed B.Ed with minimum 50% marks in aggregate, from any recognized University.

The admission of the candidates is done through marks obtained by them in the qualifying examination.
