Located in Greater Noida (Uttar Pradesh), B.B.S. Institute of Management Studies is managed and run by Beni Madho Shiksha Samiti. The institute came into being in 2006-07. B.B.S. Institute of Management Studies is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU), Lucknow. It is approved by All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE), Ministry of Human Resources Development, Government of India.

For MBA, the aspirant must have done graduation in any stream, from any recognized University. The candidates applying for MCA should have studied Mathematics at the 12th level.
