Akkineni Nageswara Rao College is located in Krishna district of Andhra Pradesh. The college was established in the year 1950 and was known as Gudivada College, earlier. It is affiliated to Acharya Nagarjuna University and accredited by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC). Three year degree courses were introduced from the year 1958, in this self financed college. It is named after Dr. Akkineni Nageswara Rao, from 1959. The college offers courses at intermediate, undergraduate and post graduate level.
