Adhiparasakthi College of Nursing is situated in Kanchipuram/Kancheepuram, Tamil Nadu. The college was established in 1993 and is managed by Adhiparasakthi Trust. The nursing college is affiliated to Tamil Nadu Dr. M.G.R. Medical University, Chennai. Adhiparasakthi College of Nursing is approved by Indian Nursing Council (INC), New Delhi and recognized by the Government of Tamil Nadu. It offers B.Sc Nursing course of 4 years duration. Adhiparasakthi College of Nursing is aimed at imparting quality education and producing well trained health personnel who can provide quality health care. It is planning to introduce General Nursing and Midwifery (GNM) course of 3½ years duration and PG course, M.Sc Nursing of 2 years duration, in the near future.

Candidates should have passed Intermediate (10+2) or equivalent in science stream or Intermediate Vocational (Nursing or MPHW) or Inter, with Bridge course of Biological and Physical Sciences and should have secured minimum aggregate of 45% marks. In case of SC, ST categories, 5% relaxation is allowed. Candidates should have completed 17 years age and should not have exceeded 35 years age as on December 31st of the year of admission. For SC/ST candidates, the upper age limit is relaxed by 3 years.
