Adarsh Vijendra Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences (AVIP) was established by NICE Society (Saharanpur), in 2006. Located in Saharanpur (Uttar Pradesh), the institute is approved by All India Council of Technical Education (AICTE) and Ministry of Health and Welfare, New Delhi. It is affiliated to Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow.

Under the admission criteria for this course, 85% seats are filled through UPSEE, which is conducted by the University. Whereas, remaining 15% seats are to be filled by AIEEE entrance test.
