The admission seekers for undergraduate degree level program in the field of aircraft engineering have to appear in IIAE Entrance Exam, which is conducted by Indian Institute of Aircraft Engineering (IIAE). The institute is approved by the DGCA, Ministry of Civil Aviation, Government of India. The entrance test is conducted at several test centers all over the cities of India.
Syllabus
The candidates must have done excellent preparation before appearing in IIAE entrance exam. Regarding the preparation, one must have studied syllabus of Higher Secondary Certificate Examination (10+2) consists of Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics, recognized by any state/national Board.

Electromagnetic induction and alternating currents, physics and measurement, magnetic effects of current and magnetism, kinematics, current electricity, laws of motion, electrostatics, work, energy and power, properties of solids and liquids, rotational motion, gravitation.
Mathematics
Vector algebra, three dimensional geometry, co-ordinate geometry, differential equations, integral calculus, limit, continuity and differentiability, sequences and series, binomial theorem and its simple applications, permutations and combinations, matrices and determinants, complex numbers and quadratic equations, sets, relations and functions.
Chemistry
Chemistry of representative elements, nuclear chemistry, electrochemistry, chemical kinetics, chemical thermodynamics, chemical bonds and molecules, atomic structure, coordination chemistry and organo metallics, transition metals including lanthanides, chemistry in action, chemistry of biological processes, biomolecules, polymers, chemistry of carbon compounds.
