Devi Ahilaya Vishwavidyalaya Common Entrance Test (DAVV CET) is organized every year by the University for selecting deserving candidates for admission into Business Administration courses offered at post graduation level in various streams along with integrated technical (Computer Science, Hospital Administration and Pharmacy) and management courses offered in the University and its constituent colleges.

Group A & B
In order to prepare for Quantitative ability section, the candidate can practice Algebra, Arithmetic and Geometry questions studied at 10+2 level. For Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning and General Intelligence section, the candidates can practice questions comprising tables and graphs, venn diagram etc. questions on Critical reasoning, Visual reasoning, Statements and assumptions, identifying next number in series, Identifying Probably true, Probably false, definitely true, definitely false kind of statement, Sequencing, identifying Strong arguments and Weak arguments, etc. To prepare for English language comprehension section, both passages and Poems should be practiced. To efficiently attempt General awareness and awareness of socio-economic environment section, continuous reading of newspapers, magazines, and general knowledge book is required.
Group C
Group C comprises of questions on English language, Physics, Chemistry and Biology studied at 10+2 level. In order to prepare for those following topics needs to be studied.

Units and dimensions, Kinematics, Gravitation, Work, Power and Energy, Optics, Wave motion, Hydrostatics and fluid mechanics, Vibrations, Thermodynamics, Thermal Physics, Rotational motion, Electromagnetism, Current electricity, Electrostatics, Electromagnetic induction and Modern Physics, which includes the study of Bohr's atomic model, pnp and npn transistors etc.
