CBSE PMT Exam is a national level entrance test, which is conducted by the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE), Delhi. It conducts entrance test to fill 15% merit quota for the medical and dental colleges in India, at par with rules and regulations of the Government of India. The CBSE PMT Exam is also known as All India Pre Medical Test (AIPMT).
Syllabus
CBSE PMT Exam or AIPMT is conducted for those students who are seeking their admission in undergraduate medical programs - Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) and Bachelor of Dental Sciences (BDS) – of several institutes in India. The questions in CBSE PMT Exam are based on the Physics, Chemistry and Biology of the Higher Secondary Certificate Level (10+2).To prepare for the entrance test, the syllabus is given below.

The topics are Living World, Diversity of Life, Genetics, Morphology of Animals, development and Growth of Animals, Physiology of Plants and Animals, Reproduction, Development and Growth of Plants, Morphology of Plants, Reproduction, Ecology and Environment and Biology and Human Welfare.
Chemistry
Structure of atom, Chemical Bond, Nuclear Chemistry, General Organic Chemistry, Ionic Equilibrium, Thermo chemistry & Thermodynamics, Electrochemistry, Biomolecules, Surface Chemistry: Colloids & Catalysts, Transition metals and f-block Elements, Ether, Aldehydes, Ketones acid & their derivatives and Nitrogen Compounds, Chemical Kinetics, Hydrocarbons etc.
