Nitte University Under-Graduate Entrance Test (NU UGET)is a competitive state level entrance test conducted for the admission in undergraduate level of various paramedical programmes. This test is conducted by Nitte University in its constituent colleges. Candidates seeking their admission to abovementioned courses have to qualify the competitive entrance test. Selected candidates get enrolled into several constituent and affiliated colleges of Nitte University. Merit list will be prepared on the basis of candidate’s performance in entrance exams. Counseling will be conducted after the written test, for the final selection of the candidates.
NU UGET Examination Pattern:
The examination pattern of NU UGET is as follows:
- NU UGET is conducted in English.
- The test paper is of 90 minutes duration.
- It consist of 90 multiple choice questions.
- The questions are of multiple choice types, each having one best response out of the four alternatives.
- Answer sheet is of Optical Mark Reader (OMR) type and is to be marked as per instructions on it, with a ball pen.
- One mark is awarded for each correct answer.
- There is no negative marking for wrong answers.
