NIMS University conducts All India Combined Pre Medical/Dental Test for admission into its Bachelor of Medicine & Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) as well as in Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) program. The test is open for all the aspirants across the country. Scores obtained by the candidate in the entrance examination determine their selection.
Examination Pattern
NIMS University All India Combined Pre Medical/Dental Test is divided into three sections-
- Physics
- Chemistry
- Biology (Botany and Zoology)
The entrance examination consists of 200 objective questions, out of which, 50 questions are from Physics and Chemistry section while 100 questions are from Biology (Botany and Zoology) section. All the questions consists multiple options. The candidates are required to mark the single correct answer for each question in separate OMR sheet. Negative marking is there for every wrong answer. Multiple answers indicated against a question will be considered as wrong. Duration of test is of two and half hours.
